FRESH DM
Before enrolling in the IDC, PADI Divemaster experience is not required.
It often helps you with the IDC if your memory of your DMinstruction is still fresh.
Due to changes in work visa requirements, dive center owners in many parts of the globe are now seeking to hire instructors rather than DMs.
